If approved for PDF travel, all paperwork for reimbursements must be turned in 30 calendar days after conference.

All food receipts must be itemized. Each person must have his/her own food receipt and alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

State agencies offer webinar series to combat bullying and improve school climate
ODE and several statewide agencies that have formed the Ohio Anti-Harassment, Anti-Intimidation and Anti-Bullying Initiative (HIB) are sponsoring a series of 10 one-hour webinar sessions beginning Aug. 3. The webinars will be held at 3 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month through May and at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, during School Bus Safety Week. Read more

191 + 3
During the 2011-2012 school year there will be three ADDITIONAL days for Professional Development that will be paid at the per diem rate (daily rate of pay) to all teachers in attendance. Since these 3 days are in addition to the 191 contract days, attendance is mandatory to receive compensation. Read more..

The deadline to complete the TES Survey has been extended to March 18, 2011. The TES Survey is the first of four components to complete for the stipend you received. Surveys may be completed on CPS computers but must be completed outside of the workday. Surveys can be accessed on computers other than those at school.

If teachers who received the stipend do not complete the survey, CPS will deduct a portion of the stipend from a future paycheck.
