Substitutes

The Area Coordinator for Substitutes is Lawanda Kenney. She is located at Millvale school, 363-5500. If you are a substitute, and need representation contact Lawanda at Millvale.

All substitutes are entitled to join our membership. Substitute full member dues are $2.00/day for daily subs and receive voting rights and member benefits. Fairshare substitutes pay $1.70/day for daily subs but cannot vote on the upcoming health care or contract, and do not enjoy the member benefits provided by AFT Plus. Please visit www.aft.org to inquire about the extra benefits of being a member.

This is an important year to be a CFT member as we will be negotiating health care benefits and collective bargaining agreement. Solidarity is vital to this organization, especially during negotiations, so please contact Lawanda Kenney or Ralph Jackson at the main CFT office (961-2272) to join.
